This is a matter to which we attach the utmost importance. The health and safety of our guests is always our primary concern. Our tours of 4-10 guests on a minibus with seating capacity of 19 ensures compliance with all social distancing recommendations. All buses are thoroughly sanitised between each tour and several times each day while on tour. Hand sanitiser and wipes are provided.
Flights are not included in our tours. The tour begins at the designated pick-up point in Dublin or Belfast. We suggest booking your flight as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event your tour does not reach the minimum participation requirement (min. 4 people, max. 10 people), we will work with you to choose another available tour or tour date.
Peak season is June to September when the days are longest and the sun sets at around 10.30pm. (Belfast is at latitude 55° North. Dublin is at 53° . Compare this with Los Angeles 34°, New York 40°, Seattle 47°)

Yes! That’s why we have 40 shades of green! Our weather is very changeable, so whether it’s sunny or rainy, it may change in a few hours. Average summer temperature is 18°C/65°F. Remember: there’s no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing.

Yes. This is obligatory for all guests. We have world-class health systems in both parts of the island and you will receive excellent and prompt treatment. You should bring with you a hard copy of your insurance documentation.
In Northern Ireland the currency is pounds sterling (£) and in the Republic of Ireland it is the euro (€). ATMs are widely available, even in the smallest of villages. Credit cards are widely accepted.
Ireland’s excellent restaurants are well used to serving guests with specific dietary requirements, e.g. vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free.... Simply let us know in advance and we will call ahead to hotels and restaurants.
You should sign up for an international plan before departure. Once in Ireland, make sure to use free Wi-Fi whenever possible. There is free wifi on our minibuses.
